Director

Having worked across a range of sectors including retail, residential, energy, waste management and transport, Alex Wilson has significant experience delivering public engagement to support high profile development schemes. He has gained hard-won planning consents in every part of the country and advised some of the biggest names in property – including Sainsbury’s, National Grid, Barratt Homes, Morrisons, Land Securities, High Speed 2, Tesco and Taylor Wimpey.

Alex also has a strong track record in national and local politics. During the 2010 General Election he played a key role in the Conservative Party’s national campaign team, providing expert polling and focus group analysis that contributed directly to the Party’s successful target seats campaign. On a local level, Alex was elected as councillor in the London Borough of Redbridge where he chaired a number of committees and served as Cabinet member for Planning and Public Protection.

In 2024, he was elected as Reform UK’s first member of the London Assembly, and he currently attends the Assembly’s Planning and Regeneration Committee as a non-voting observer. He also serves on the Health, Audit and Confirmation Hearings Committees as a full member.

Away from work and politics Alex can often be found on the Normandy coast, enjoying good food and wine and slowly improving his conversational French.
